Hi 👋🏼, welcome to my portfolio! my name is Mahdi Mohammed, a
software developer and information engineering student at
The University of Al-Nahrain.
I started my journy in programming since 2014, when I was just
11 years old. In 2015, I decided to focus on web app development
after I learned so many things that helped me to become a better
developer. Today I have 5+ years of experience in building
real-world and production-ready software solutions.
Currently working as a freelance developer, building web applications from scratch, and taking care of every single aspect of my client's systems, including planning, designing, implementing, and maintaining.

May 2022 - Present- Planned, designed, and executed an Attendance Management System integrated with biometric devices for the Iraqi Securities Commission.
- Contributed to the construction of a Form Management System featuring dynamic workflows for the University of Baghdad.
- Currently working with the University of Baghdad Team, building successful software solutions.

Dec 2019 - Oct 2021- Engaged as a full-time web developer with an Iraqi startup company.
- Played a role in the design and construction of multi-tenant Content Management Systems utilizing the Laravel Framework.
- Constructed numerous Laravel packages, including a blog, poll system, file manager, and various others.
- Played a part in developing the REST API for a Travel Agency (Safraty) along with a fully operational admin panel.
- Contributed to the development of a REST API for a Real Estates Platform, completed with a fully functional admin panel.
Freelance Web Developer
Mar 2018 - Sep 2019- Played a role in constructing a Cinema Web Application using Laravel MVC architecture.
- Participated in the development of a basic Learning Management System (LMS).
